METHODICALLY ASPECTS ON IMPROVING TRAINING GAME MODEL OF SPORTS TEAMS
ASPECTE METODICE PRIVIND ÂMBUNĂTĂÅ¢IREA MODELULUI DE JOC ȘI DE PREGĂTIRE PENTRU ECHIPELE SPORTIVE
Abstract
Model Theory and Modelling is nowadays a specific way of organizing and forming training process of the young people in all areas.Using this theory in the sport facilitates the transition from "seeing and doing" to the elaboration and experimentation in training programs focused on the objectives required by the competition.
Regardless of the type of model used for instruction cycle, modeling aims at a fundamental element without which you can not rationalize the education and training of the athlete namely instruction objective.
The basis of modeling consists in establishing the correspondence between the original object and the model serves didactic strategies that are not subject of this paper, the athlete's personality formation.
So for proper management of the training process requires the building model player.Once whit objectification individual of player’s behavior, by summing and respecting the technical elements of branch sports team, we get game model.
Rezumat
Teoria Modelului și a Modelării reprezintă în zilele noastre un mod specific de organizare și formare a procesului de instruire a tinerilor în toate domeniile. Utilizarea acestei teorii în practica sportivă facilitează trecerea de la "văzând și făcând" la elaborarea și experimentarea în programe de pregătire focalizate pe obiectivele cerute de competiție.
Indiferent de tipul modelului utilizat, pentru un ciclu de instruire, modelarea vizează un element fundamental fără de care nu se poate raționaliza procesul de instruire și formare a sportivului și anume obiectivul instruirii.
Baza modelării constă în stabilirea concordanței dintre obiectul original și model servește strategiile didactice, ce nu fac obiectul acestei lucrări, de formare a personalității sportivului.
Așadar pentru conducerea corectă a procesului de instruire se cere construirea modelului de jucător. Odată cu obiectivizarea comportamentului indvidual al jucătorilor, prin însumare și respectând elementele tehnice ale ramurii sportive, se constituie modelul de joc al echipei.
