OPPORTUNITY OF APPLICATION OF NEW TECHNOLOGY IN PRACTICE OF TEACHING OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IN DOLJ COUNTY

OPORTUNITATEA APLICARII NOILOR TEHNOLOGII ÂN PRACTICA PREDĂRII EDUCAÈšIEI FIZICE ÂN SISTEMUL ȘCOLAR DIN JUDEÈšUL DOLJ

Abstract

Type and quality of effort performed by students is determined by complexity of the subject, complexity of topics, and the ability to work of the student. Physical education involves both physical and mental effort, directed towards getting tonic and trophic muscular system and improve the lives of the relationship. Therefore physical education classes are the first formal step to maintain the health and anatomical and functional argument. The paper describes the current status and to find the opportunity to apply new findings in the field in practice and whether the major targets are fulfilled by physical education.

 Rezumat

Tipul și calitatea de efort prestat de elevi se stabilește în funcție de complexitatea obiectului de studiu, de complexitatea temelor propuse, dar și de puterea de muncă a elevului. Educația fizică școlară presupune atât efort fizic și efort psihic, dirijat spre obținerea tonicității și troficității sistemului muscular precum și îmbunătățirea vieții de relație. Așadar orele de educație fizică constituie primul demers formal de menținere a stării de sănătate și argumentare anatomică și funcțională. Lucrarea descrie starea actuală, constată oportunitatea aplicării noilor descoperiri din domeniu în practica curentă și dacă obiectivele majore ale educației fizice sunt îndeplinite.
