Abstract

            The study investigates the relationship between the assumed roles and the auto-perceived ones in the basketball team of the different players and the sports results obtained, in a study that lasts for a year. The data thus obtained emphasises the relationship between the performance in sports and the components of the team - as a distribution of roles, rational dynamics and its success situations, indicating the fact that, through being aware and assuming a certain role in the team, one can explain a significant part of the game behaviour, while also seeing the influence this has in relation to the other players in the team.

Studiul investighează relația dintre rolurile asumate și autopercepute în echipa de baschet a diferiților jucători și rezultatele sportive obținute, într-un studiu întins pe perioada unui an. Datele obținute subliniază relația dintre performanța sportivă și componența echipei – ca distribuție a rolurilor, dinamică relațională) și situațiile de succes ale acesteia, indicând faptul că prin conștientizarea și asumarea rolului în echipă se explică o parte semnificativă a comportamentului în timpul meciului și de asemenea influența pe care acesta o are în relaționarea coechipierilor.
