Abstract

Universality of physical education and sports, performance, instability and their movement continues the biological and mental limits as yet unknown to man an obligation to reflections and analyses. No training stems from an agglomeration of facts and stories, but is a product of the effects caused by the action of a concentric objective and subjective factors. In the science of physical education and sport was an important step forward through the enumeration and measurement of these indicators, then recourse to the different processes of objectification and the interpretation of them.

            Physical education and sport are therefore pedagogic process through an educational methodology, through the principles of what it does and by mental effects found in behavioral plan, in the attitude of the practitioner.

Rezumat

Universalitatea educației fizice și sportului,instabilitatea performanțelor, ca și deplasarea lor continuă către limite biologice și psihice încă necunoscute omului obligă la reflexii și analize. Instruirea nu izvorăște dintr-o aglomerare de fapte și întâmplări, ci reprezintă un produs al efectelor determinate de acțiunea concentrică a unor factori obiectivi și subiectivi. Ân știința Educației fizice și sportului s-a făcut un important pas înainte prin inventarierea și apoi măsurarea acestor indicatori, recurgându-se la diverse procedee de obiectivizare și interpretare a lor.

Educația fizica și sportul constituie prin urmare, un proces pedagogic prin metodologie, un act educativ, prin principiile ce-l structurează și prin efectele psihice surprinse în plan comportamental, în atitudinea practicantului.
